Police in Texas have praised members of a church congregation who shot dead a gunman after he opened fire during a Sunday service.
The attacker killed two people before himself being shot dead by a member of the church's security team.
The minister of the church said more people could've been killed.

"We lost two great men today but it could've been a lot worse and I'm thankful that our government has allowed us the opportunity to protect ourselves. We have a congregation here of open hearted people. We help people. We're here to help people. And to have something like this happen destroys my heart and when I say destroys it destroys it because there is evil in this world."■
