Special prosecutors have re-summoned Choi Soon-sil for questioning tomorrow.
The move is seen as a preparatory step for re-filing a warrant to formally arrest Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Lee Jae-yong on bribery charges.

Spokesman Lee Kyu-chul said Choi Soon-sil, the woman at the heart of the influence-peddling and corruption scandal crippling state affairs, has been informed to appear before the independent counsel team tomorrow morning.
The team will likely grill Choi on whether any special favors were granted to Samsung in return for donations made two foundations virtually controlled by Choi.
Investigators said they will consider re-requesting an arrest warrant for Samsung heir apparent Lee Jae-yong after hearing her testimony.
Earlier in the week, a local court dismissed the prosecution's request, citing a lack of clear-cut evidence to detain him.
However, it remains to be seen whether Choi will appear as she has failed to show up to multiple summons.
She has once again made clear that she will not accept the summons, saying she's stressed as it is with her own trial and the Constitutional Court's trial on President Park's impeachment.
Special prosecutors said if Choi does not make an appearance tomorrow, they will forcibly summon her.
