A woman in her 50's, known for commanding a parking attendant to kneel down and apologize for raising his arm and fist, has been arrested without detention.
The announcement by the Bucheon Wonmi police agency, came a month after the incident happened in Hyundai department store located in Bucheon, Gyeonggi province.
The police also investigated the woman's daughter who was also at the scene at the time of the incident, but announced that she’s been cleared from suspicions. ■
