U.S. Secretary of State, John Kerry, has condemned what he described as Russia's active aggression in Ukraine.
Speaking in Kiev, he said he greatly admired the restrain shown by the new Ukrainian government, which he called the most representative institution in the country.

Kerry said Moscow's explanation that it was protecting Russian speakers in Crimea is an excuse and accused the Kremlin of hiding behind intimidation and lies.■
