KBO underdogs, the Hanwha Eagles, are making a showing so far this season, winning more games than they're losing.
The Eagles have finished dead last in the League for the past three years running and four times in the past five seasons.
22 games in, they are in a tie for fourth with the SK Wyverns.
Manager Kim Sung-keun, who took over the Eagles last fall, said the goal is to play 5-hundred(.500) baseball against as many opponents as possible.
122 games still remain but the team will soon get more reinforcement as injured veterans like catcher Cho In-sung and relief pitcher Yun Kyu-jin, are nearing returns.■
