Seoul city has appointed K-pop rapper Zico as an honorary ambassador.
Zico said he is very honored to represent Seoul, calling the city a source of inspiration.
He also expressed his broad interest in culture and youth mentoring.
An appointment ceremony will be held at 3 p.m. tomorrow at Seoul City Hall.
The 28-year-old debuted as a member of boy band Block B in 2011 and has also been active as a solo rapper and producer.
He started his own company KOZ Entertainment earlier this year.■
